Along came a spider...

This website allows the users of the Casebooks to upload additional materials to supplement one of the Casebooks which has already been published.

Users who wish to do so are invited to contact the research coordinator of the Casebooks. He will get them in touch with the editors of the concerned casebook so that both parties can discuss the modalities of their cooperation (what are the criteria for a submission to be considered adequate for inclusion on this website, which information needs to be supplied in addition – e.g. a description of the facts, a translation of the relevant part(s) of the case) and agree on any further arrangements which may be considered relevant by the editors. Once all arrangements will have been made, the contributors will be provided with a username and password which will allow them to fill in a form with the requested details (facts, legal issue, etc...) and to upload the original source material.

At all times each individual submission will remain subject to prior approval by the editors of the concerned casebook before publication on this website. If approved, the materials will appear as new entries in the digital table of contents of the concerned casebook. Such entries can easily be recognized as they are followed by the symbol M.

In order to start uploading additional materials, one should click on the button "add source materials" at the bottom of the page with the detailed of contents of the chapter one wishes to supplement.

For the time being, it is only possible to submit additional materials for Casebooks which have been published as from 2010 (starting with the Casebook on Consumer Law). In the future, this possibility may still be expanded to previous volumes of the series.
