Scope of Protection (Oxford, Hart Publishing, 1998). This pioneering preliminary volume of the Casebook series was at the basis of the full first version of the Casebook on Tort Law (2000). A second edition of the full casebook is currently in preparation.
Hugh Beale, Hein Kötz, Arthur Hartkamp and Denis Tallon (eds.), Cases, Materials and Text on Contract Law (Oxford, Hart Publishing, 2002). The second revised edition has been published in November 2010.
