The following casebooks are currently available:
- Walter van Gerven, Pierre Larouche and Jeremy Lever, Cases, Materials and Text on National, Supranational and International Tort Law (Oxford, Hart Publishing, 2000). This book is the successor of the first preliminary volume of the Casebook series which dealt with the scope of protection offered by tort law. A second, fully revised edition is currently in preparation.
