The present database contains summaries of case law from various legal systems in which national administrative courts have applied various doctrines and principles of European law.

The database is divided thematically into four areas:

The summaries have been drafted by students of the course 'National and European Administrative Law: Bridging Two Worlds'. This course is a Jean Monnet module, for which Maastricht University has received funding from the European Commission.

These summaries make available in English case law which is only available in the courts' national languages and thus enable students, academics and practitioners alike to have access to national case law which shows the influence of European law on national administrative law.

This database will develop over the years. Please feel free to leave comments and do let us know whether you would be interested in participating in enlarging the database!
